1 總 則
1.0.1 為統(tǒng)一和規(guī)范波分復(fù)用(WDM)光纖傳輸系統(tǒng)工程設(shè)計，做到技術(shù)先進、安全可靠、經(jīng)濟合理、節(jié)能環(huán)保，制定本規(guī)范。
1.0.2 本規(guī)范適用于單纖單向開放式C波段DWDM系統(tǒng)和單纖單向開放式CWDM系統(tǒng)的工程設(shè)計。
1.0.3 工程設(shè)計應(yīng)統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、聯(lián)合建設(shè)、資源共享，滿足建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會的要求。
1.0.4 工程設(shè)計應(yīng)以保證通信質(zhì)量為基礎(chǔ)，進行多方案比較，提高經(jīng)濟效益，降低工程造價。
1.0.5 波分復(fù)用光纖傳輸系統(tǒng)工程設(shè)計除應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范外，尚應(yīng)符合國家現(xiàn)行有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。
